Using your Trowel
Where this tool is most useful
A trowel is most useful for digging small holes, planting seedlings, and working with soil in pots or garden beds where larger tools are difficult to use.
How to use it
Hold the handle firmly and push the blade into the soil where you want to dig. Use it to scoop out soil to create a small planting hole, place the plant or seedling, and then use the trowel to move soil back around the roots. It can also be used to loosen soil or remove small weeds around plants.
