At Beejro, we carefully pack and ship every order, especially because many of our products include live plants, natural items, fragile products, bird care products, and gardening supplies.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Beejro may cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, incomplete customer details, delivery restrictions, COD verification failure, suspected fraud, or any other genuine operational reason.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, wrong, defective, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We strongly recommend making an unboxing video while opening your package, especially for live plants, fragile products, planters, and higher-value orders. This helps us verify any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim more clearly and resolve the issue faster.

After reviewing the issue, Beejro may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the product type, issue, and availability.

Live Plants and Natural Products

Live plants and natural products may naturally vary in size, shape, colour, growth, and appearance. Minor leaf damage, soil movement, temporary shipping stress, or natural variation will not usually qualify for refund or replacement.

Refunds or replacements for live plants may only be considered if the product is received in a severely damaged, dead, or clearly incorrect condition and reported within the required time.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another suitable mode decided by Beejro. Refund timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways, or other service providers.

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, and other service charges may be non-refundable once the order has been processed, packed, shipped, or attempted for delivery.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided for change of mind, incorrect customer details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, damage caused after delivery, improper care or handling, natural variation, minor plant stress, or products marked as non-returnable.
