For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to accept the order once it has been confirmed and shipped. Refusing COD orders without a genuine reason may lead to restrictions on future COD orders or other order limitations.

We may also limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, bulk buyers, or businesses without prior approval. Any refund, if applicable, will be handled as per our refund policy.

SECTION 9 - Cash on Delivery

Beejro offers Cash on Delivery for selected products, order values, and serviceable locations, as per our current policy. COD availability may change from time to time and may not apply to all orders.

A COD charge is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders and cannot be waived. We also reserve the right to stop, restrict, or disable COD orders at any time, fully or for selected products, locations, order values, customers, phone numbers, addresses, or accounts. We may also set minimum or maximum order value limits for COD orders at our discretion.

Customers should place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to accept and pay for the delivery. Refused COD orders, especially for live plants and delicate items, can lead to product damage, wastage, courier charges, and return losses.

We may contact you through call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your COD order before dispatch. If we are unable to verify the order, confirm your details, or reach you, we may hold or cancel the order.

For high-value orders, live plants, fragile products, bulk orders, certain locations, or customers with a history of COD refusal, we may ask for prepaid payment, partial advance payment, or additional confirmation before dispatch.

If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal at delivery, we may restrict COD or refuse future orders from the customer. Any misuse or abuse of COD, including fake orders, repeated refusals, or orders placed without genuine intent, may lead to us not accepting further orders from that customer.
