About the Bird Food Tray
This roomy green tray has hooks along the back that hold it firmly on cage bars, a window grill or a balcony railing, and raised edges that keep seeds from spilling onto the floor. Its larger size leaves room for two birds to feed side by side, or for a seed mix in one corner and a treat in the other. Inside a cage it suits budgies, lovebirds, cockatiels and finches; fixed to a balcony grill, it soon draws sparrows and munias looking for an easy meal. Fill it with kagni or a small-seed mix, and if you put it outdoors, give the birds a few days to find it. It lifts off in a moment for refilling and washing, so keeping it fresh takes very little time.
