How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link and your courier tracking number (AWB). Enter that number on our Track Order page.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days, depending on where you are. It can take a little longer around festivals or in bad weather.

My plant arrived dead or died within 30 days. What now?

We'll replace it! File a claim on our 30 Day Easy Plant Replacement page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been packed or handed to the courier yet. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number.

Can you help me look after my plant?

Of course, and it's free! Send us a photo on WhatsApp and tell us where it lives.
