Packaging ki jitni tareef karu kam hai—Ropani ne itne bubble wrap aur cardboard boxes use kiye thay ki mitti ka item hone ke baad bhi ek crack tak nahi aaya. Highly recommended

The product is good, but I’m giving 3 stars because the delivery took 10 days to reach Mumbai. Also, being clay, it’s a bit heavy, so make sure your hanging hook is very strong. Packaging was safe, but shipping speed needs improvement
